The Raspberry Garden Luxury Hotel & Suites

Everything was super clean and top quality! Had full kitchen and laundry to make it a home away from home! Bedding, towels, everything was top notch. Quiet property and felt very secure. Free admission to local water park came in handy!

Very clean and spacious

I didn't like that they said that breakfast was included when in reality what was included was one single coupon for a free "grand slam" breakfast from Denny's. They also said that there was a pool when in reality what there was a single coupon for the local pool. The worst part was that they called us right after we booked, to tell us that we owe them a "city tax" that booking.com doesn't charge. Luckily, they waived it but that was super weird.

It was clean and big enough for our family of 5

No staff, the door would not open, contacting management took a long time. They charged 171$ (CAD) for cleaning and taxes but the room itself was only 145. They suggested we take out the trash and rinse and start the dish washer. For the amount they take for cleaning, suggesting any sort of clean up is not a good look!

This is a full apartment right near BYU–IDAHO. We had plenty of space for our group of four.

Location was close to everything; laundry unit; dish washer; well stocked supplies; clean. Cozy enough for 6, including beds.

Falling/hanging lights in kitchen ceiling, some furniture were broken or falling apart, blank hanging picture frames (feels eerie), close by train track (loud-however, the train only came by once), stove wasn't working properly, beds were sturdy but a bit too firm, wish pans were non stick.

Roomy and clean, well appointed.
