Rose Apartments Unit 5 Central Rotorua- Accommodation & Spa

Very clean and comfortable apartment. It's perfect size for small family and has go, qt everything you need for a few days' stay. The neighbourhood was super quiet and it's only a few minutes' drive to everything. Definitely will stay again.

For some reason the flat sheets on the two single beds in the small bedroom were very noisy if you move or turn around in the bed when you sleep. The fan in the bathroom is also very loud when it's on.

Great location close to everything, nice and quiet, very clean, comfortable beds had the best sleep, plenty of parking.

Location. Bathroom, kitchen and linen were clean. Plenty of extra towels and supplies.

Nice modern stylish renovation to the interior. Everything you could want. Comfortable bedding and lounge.

The access door is ill fitting. This can be rectified easily. However other negatives are not host controllable. Older building exterior is a concern on first impression. Delightful on entry as the interior is very good. Building work at the rear. A noisy rubbish bin outside main bedroom at 5am.
