Chase Heights

Great to be so near to Cannock Chase, and great to have a drying rack available. Everything worked - no major problems

It was hard to get the living room up to a comfortable temperature. I didn't enjoy the plastic mattress protector - woke up sweaty in the middle of the night and had to move to the other side of the bed

Good location, clean and comfortable

The property was clean and well stocked. The agent was very helpful and answered to phone whenever called. Lovely to speak to a person who was kind and helpful.

Nothing,it was a lovely stay and would not hesitate to go back.

The property was set in a lovely location on the outskirts of Cannock chase the apartment has all you require bedroom was lovely really nice bed decorated really nice

There was nothing we didn’t like . A garden would have been nice to sit in. Found the tv channels difficult at first

Grace was a lovely host and did everything to make sure our stay was comfortable. The flat is nice, tidy and presentable.There was tea bags, even a little fresh milk. The beds were comfy, and even a small TV. Off road parking, and close Tamworth, Drayton Manor, etc for things to do. All in all a nice place. We would stay there again....However, there is some points

The water / washing facilities were below what we expected. You have to press 'boost' on the immersion heater if you want hot water out of the set times...this takes an Hr to heat up. The shower switched off if turned up too far and the toilet cistern ran the whole time we in the bath only stopping when flushed, which meant getting out of the bath...

Just what we were looking for…only better!
