Excellent communication during the booking process and as the date of the holiday arrived. Also very nice to receive a message mid-way through the week to ask if everything ok. Very nice breakfast items and beautifully presented. Not quite enough left out initially for four people BUT when i contacted the owner, extra items were made available with no problems. The apartment was very spacious, beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean and in a good location. Really great if you arrive in Salerno by train as it's only 3-5 mins walk away. Wifi worked flawlessly and lots of great guides to local attractions left in the apartment

Disappointing not to have aircon in the second bedroom (although there was a fan in this room). There was a portable aircon unit in the living room which worked well (although noisy - but this wasnt a problem during the day) Bathroom a little small but a good shower and everything worked well. A little bit of confusion on arrival and took about 10 minutes for someone to arrive to let us in (partly because the external door buzzer for the reception area of the building didnt appear to work). However the lady that greeted us was lovely: very friendly and helpful.
