Primopiano Holiday House

The Primo Piano property was in an excellent location in Salerno, it is also very clean and well equipped with everything you need.  The property was the perfect base to explore the Almalfi coast. We were a family of 5 and we were very comfortable in the unit. There is AC in the main bedroom and in the main area which keeps the place cool, and we were there during a heat wave (36-40C). The kitchen is well stocked to allow you to cook in the unit if you’d wish to. There is a grocery store nearby (2 min walk), many excellent bakeries nearby as well as many great restaurants.  Ernesto recommended a pizza restaurant, Vincenzo Mansi, it was excellent and we also highly recommend it! Ernesto was an excellent host!  He checked in to ensure everything was going well, and had excellent recommendations.  Ernesto also organized a full-day private boat tour for us to explore the towns along the Almalfi coast. It was one of highlights on our 3 week tour of Italy and Poland. We would highly recommend this property!  Thank you Ernesto for being an amazing host!

The only challenging thing was finding parking. However, this an issue for any property in Salerno, and not specific to this property. You will find parking but you might be 1-2 blocks away.

Clean, modern and centrally located.

I had a fantastic stay at Primopiano Holiday House! Everything was absolutely perfect — from the spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated apartment to the thoughtful amenities that made me feel completely at home. The location was excellent, very convenient and peaceful, and the hosts were incredibly kind, responsive, and welcoming. Every small detail showed how much care they put into making their guests feel special. I would absolutely love to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Stayed with a big group of friends and had the best time. The apartment was spacious and well equipped. Ernesto was extremely helpful- even organising a private boat tour for us which was a highlight of the trip! We would definitely recommend.

We were a group of 6 and stayed at this 4 bed flat in Salerno. The property itself is very comfortable with a mixture of ensuite and general bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, dining, washing machine, fans, AC in one room. The property is on first floor and has a lift which is very convenient. The property is well equipped for a family's stay with all amenities (tv's in every room etc). I cannot recommend Ernesto and this property enough! Our family had a fantastic time and we will definitely return soon. Ernesto is one of the best hosts I've met during all my many years of travels. His communication was great start to finish and helped us plan our stay in Salerno / Amalfi coast. He even offered transport to and from the property and arranged our day outs and evenings. Overall 100/10 for the service, hospitality and location. He has great recommendations for food/excursions etc. Salerno is a great place to stay as close to other Amalfi coasts and quieter and modern.

Wish we could have stayed longer! There is so much to do!

We had an amazing experience. The apartment was the perfect size for our family. The kids had their own bedrooms and bathroom. Close to public transport, the beach, the city and amazing restaurants nearby. The hosts, Ernesto and Graziella, were so welcoming and helpful. Ernesto always checked on us to make sure we were ok and to ask if we needed anything. Ernesto completes the package. Superb!!!

I wish we had more time :) There is so much to do in Salerno and surrounding areas, including Amalfi, Positano, Pompei and Ravelo. We also took the train to Rome. So, in summary, the only thing that could have been better is more time.

Ernesto was fantastic, he helped us with advices for the places and restaurants.

The host was great! Communication was fast, very useful (also how to get there, what to visit, etc) and respectful. He lives very close by, which gives a lot of flexibility. Rooms are spacious with all you can need. The kitchen is also complete. Very large TV in the living room in case you want to spend a bit of time there. Location was exactly what we were looking for, in Torrione. That can be seen in the map easily.
