Posizione e prezzo adeguato. Facile accesso

Appartamento piccolo e umido. Andrebbe rivalutato un po, una bella rinfrescata di arredi, tessili e un imbiancata alle pareti darebbero un ulteriore slancio.

La posizione fronte mare é favolosa.

Manutenzione dell'appartamento un po' trascurata, con pochissimi accorgimenti potrebbe essere ancora più piacevole il soggiorno. Nel complesso buono, ottima rapporto qualità prezzo.

"Buona solo la posizione"

La posizione è comoda, con una bella passeggiata si arriva al centro di Salerno e uscendo da casa la vista sul mere è splendida.

Eravamo con una famiglia di amici e nessuna delle due stanze risultava pulita, in una delle due l'impianto di riscaldamento non risultava funzionante

Sporca, con tapparelle che non funzionano, bagno sporco, acqua calda della doccia che non viene, clima non funzionante.
