Booked a room with Hot Tub. Apparently, there is no such Some additional maintenance would be a benefit

Fireplace is truly amazing.

This booking provided misleading information. We chose this room specifically for its fireplace as the main feature. The fireplace was the key advantage of this room compared to other, less expensive options. However, after booking, we were informed that the fireplace was not operational because the chimney hadn’t been cleaned. So basically we paid extra money for nothing and felt deceived. We were asked to use air conditioner to warm up. It was quite cold. Next time, if the fireplace doesn't operate, please provide this information in advance on the booking page before anyone books the room. Once booked, it cannot be canceled due to the cancellation policy. Good luck!
