The fact that the estate is ranked 4 star you would think that they have some sort of backup power system for 10 hours of loadshedding a day... On top of this no warm water with the 10 hours of loadshedding... A 2 star hotel has more comfort assentials for guests. An absolute ripoff on price for no power and no warm water 90% of the the time.
