The couch had ants all over and when I complained I couldn’t find help

There was no breakfast but the property is located in a very and clean location well organized.

The property cancelled the booking in the last minute and did not inform me. I found out when I called them for gate access code

The location and the comfort apartment

The property is in a good location and is very secure.

The communication from the responsible person was very poor. When we woke up the first morning there was no water and she did not warn us about that. The next day there was no water the whole day. I reported it to her and she just told me that there is a 5L bottle of water in the cupboards. There was no further explanation as to why there is no water in the apartment and what form of assistance we will get. I sent her a message to inform her that my wife and I cannot bath and use the toilet with 5L of water. She did not respond to the message. Finally when there was water (on our departure morning), we had to bath with cold water. The lady never informed us that their geyser was switched off and that it was our responsibility to switch it on. I asked her whether we will need different access codes every time we enter and exit the premises, she never answered. As such we got stuck at the gate at one point waiting for a code from her. Lastly the water mixer (tap) in the shower was falling onto the floor everytime you pull it. The shower head was hanging loose and spilling water all over the place. It was a nightmare!
