* Direction was not easy to understand and follow, had to on the call with the owner of the property for almost 40 minutes while driving * Access to property managed by owner, one in one out complex access * Parking is chaotic, no sequence what so ever * No bathing amenities, I had to go to the shops to get bath soap and shower cap * Tea stuff kept in a plastic container * Dishes broken * Towels are looking like a door mat * No iron * No air conditioning * No dustbin in the bathroom

The lagoon

Host was very unprofessional. Struggled going in & out of the property because she didnt send the access codes. She never answers her phone when you call her. I wouldn't recommend for anyone to use property's under her name. It was my 1st time experiencing such, previous hosts were hands on, professional and were communicating everything. She has a lot to learn with this kind of business

Wi-fi did not work at all, please look into that. There was hardly any cutlery in the kitchen.
