"2-facher Vertragsbruch!!!"

Schon vorab wollte die Managerin 10% Anzahlung entgegen des Vertrags. Bei Ankunft checkte sie mich ohne Ankūndigung in das 14m2 App ein, obwohl ich ein halbes Jahr vorher das 35m2 App mit SZ und Terrasse gebucht hatte. Als ich das monierte sagte sie, es hätte einen Buchungsfehler gegeben- am nächsten Tag irgendwann gegen Mittag könnte ich umziehen, so dass mir dadurch auch noch ein halber Tag Urlaub durch Warten verloren ging.
