Perfect location. Extremely clean. It's got everything you need. Good beds and pillows. Good shower. Gladys was very friendly.

El apartamento es comfortable y tranquilo, el aire acondicionado funciona correctamente, el salón y las habitaciones están bien de tamaño, está muy bien ubicado, puedes ir andando a todos sitios y la terraza de arriba en verano es muy agradable por la noche.

No había aire acondicionado en dos de las habitaciones, sólo ventilador de techo, lo que suponía que había que dejar las puertas abiertas de las habitaciones para que entrara el aire acondicionado del salón con la consiguiente perdida de intimidad, no había lavavajillas y hay un sólo baño lo que supone una pequeña limitación si vas en grupo. El equipamiento a nivel de cubiertos y otros menajes en la cocina es bastante básico. La escalera de subida a la terraza de arriba es un peligro.

Excellent host, communications and apartment. Fantastic roof terrace. Very central but also quiet. Great value. Please ignore past comments about bad smells in the bathroom, dated décor, and poorly equipped kitchen. The apparent seems to have been recently refurbished and these are now not issues.

The only negative was a lack of ventilation / extractor fan in the bathroom

All good but there was an incident unconnected re the air conditioning

The location of the apartment was perfect, close to the shops, restaurants and beach but still nice and quiet to sleep. The roof terrace was amazing for sunbathing and eating dinner. The host Gladys was so helpful and friendly, came back to answer any questions straight away. Would thoroughly recommend the apartment and hope to book again ourselves for another holiday.

Only small things but a few more utensils in the kitchen like a chopping board and another shelf in the oven (as there was only 1) would make cooking a little easier.

Loved so much about this property. Spotlessly clean. Amazing location. Well equipped. Rooftop terrace was fabulous! Our hostess Gladys was very professional, exceptionally pleasant and helpful.

Only one mirror in dark hallway. Would love mirrors in bedrooms. Beds were a little uncomfortable. Bedside lamps in bedrooms would be a great addition too. Better lighting in kitchen area. Water pressure in shower was low. A bit of modernisation would really up-level the property. In saying all of that, we still loved it.

Amazing roof top. Air-con or fan in all rooms. Great location in the middle of Moraira but still not too noisy at night.

Only one bathroom with bad smell if you forget to cover the shower drain as recommended. Small kitchen. Some noise from the street can be heard in the main bedroom if window left open.

The manager Gladys was very responsive and helpful. the place was centrally located, walking distance to everything. the rooftop was dreamy when the sun was setting. great value for the money!
