Nothing. Lady who checked us in didn’t explain everything . Dishes dirty. Patio dirty. Glass door broken and unsafe and was told someone would come Monday no one came

Location, unsafe , not helpful

The pools were lovely and the security was good.

Fly infested. Not sure if they were drain flies or what. Every time we walked in the door we were swarmed and had to keep killing them. Not much care put into stays for guests. Duvet covers used as bedding. When we arrived we found the dishwasher full and had to put everything away. To get our deposit back we had to make the apartment up for the next guests. This concerned me because I don’t know if our bedding was clean when we arrived now. I wouldn’t stay again. On street parking. Walk to the nearest shop far away. You need a car. We made the apartment up and made sure we cleaned everything. The company has kept €25 euros of our deposit and won’t reply as to why they have kept our money

Great modern property, great location for the pool, and parking just outside if you have a rental.

Nit picking, but if you have young ones that can swim safely and want to watch them at the pool whilst on your terrace, go for the ground floor option. Roof-top nice but too distant if safety a concern.

Poor property management who only work Monday-Friday, which is very uncommon when dealing with property rental. Poor support when WIFI didn’t work upon arrival and for 3 days. I had to pay 3 days of roaming charges $16/day to maintain communication about the ongoing repairs. TV didn’t work either for 5 days. A Rep showed up unexpectedly at the unit and with no prior notice, he was coming to look at TV issues. Fortunately I was in the unit, otherwise more repair delays. Afterwards I was told I’d get an update from the office, but no courtesy update was given, when repair was fixed/rebooted by the office. I had to follow-up. Check in video, didn’t show TV was turned on/off to confirm TV was working. Also, it’s an old video showing old patio furniture, not the same as currently in the unit. Also no spare key was provided. I reported the broom was broken. The brush doesn’t stay attached to the handle. I was told that’s untrue, as it worked 2 days prior to my arrival when the unit was cleaned. But the previous client didn’t leave until the morning of my arrival. Therefore, presume the unit wasn’t cleaned after the previous renter checked out and left dishwasher full of clean dishes, which remained and untouched, towels have a sour unclean smell and had to rewash to use, only 1 kitchen garbage bag was provided, no spare left in the bin, no FOB available on house keys to use the wellness centre, patio furniture was dirty not wiped down from the Sahara desert/sicorro winds arrived and left a layer of orange sand dust. I asked for the complaint book and was ignored. No one told me about the electrical meter reader and take a picture at checkin and checkout. Upon checkout was given a picture of electrical reader with no date reference? Nothing to verify this charge applied to me during my stay. I asked for a copy of the company bill to validate charges. Nothing was sent. Also asked for an invoice for my rental stay and still waiting.

Location was perfect for our needs. We hired a car and was a central location.

It would have been nice to have a couple of sun loungers to use outside but we were able to sit on provided chairs and could sit in pool area
