Stylish Studio on Ngong Road

Ambience, cleanliness, the manager was fast to respond to my concerns

The staffs should ensure all the systems are working because we had to call the manager concerning the bulb 💡

Manager Corina was beyond praise! She always responded quickly in the chat and found solutions to any problems that arose. Brilliant work! Many thanks to her. Hot water was available immediately after turning it on. The complex is secured, and you can go to the rooftop to enjoy the surroundings, with views of the famous Ngong Hills. There is a store on-site, a few simple kitchens, and nearby markets with fresh vegetables. There’s also a wonderful forest close by, where we went for walks and cycling — the Ngong Road Forest Sanctuary.

We stayed for two nights and then extended our rental for a month, until October 7th. This was a mistake. We spent the entire month in poor conditions, counting the days until the end of the rental period. It's a shady place for marijuana and prostitutes enthusiasts. The place itself is awful: stench, thefts and robberies, drug addiction, dirt and dust, noise from a car wash, tin churches, children, and pikipikis with loud, horrible music. The electricity often went out for several hours. The studios and one-bedroom apartments are veeery small and yet expensive. There's no space for belongings — we were literally living out of our suitcases. The entire complex constantly smells strongly of marijuana. There are loud groups at night, many prostitutes, and people smoking weed. It's cold. The balconies are only 40 centimeters wide — a joke. Once, the window in a neighboring apartment was smashed, possibly during a marijuana theft.

Un interrupted free wifi, availability of water and electricity, the 24/7 security surveillance in and outside the compound, the Hi-Tech lifts within the premise, the hospitality from the host and the proximity of the premise to the main road. I enjoyed my stay
