ILThe apartment was nice, it has everything you need to live there long term. Kitchen with all accessories Cleaning service every day like in a hotel. A washing machine that also dries. comfortable bed. TV with Netflix and YouTube. The wifi was excellent and strong The secretary at the reception explained excellently about the room and its facilities. And in general the people at the reception were nice. Good location, close to supermarket and mall
I like complete darkness, but their curtain didn't give darkness, light came through the curtains, and that can bother someone who likes complete darkness. The shower was hot but not consistent, sometimes it was hot and sometimes it was cold, sometimes very hot and sometimes cold, I had to adjust the shower every time, but not a huge problem, but just be careful and notice when it starts to get really hot. A burnt smell comes from the cooking fan in the kitchen! It was not fun to sleep with such a smell. There were sometimes power outages in the room and also outages of the elevator, but it could be related to the rain that hit Nairobi, maybe. But the power came back very quickly
Roma Court, Apartments were amazing. The staff made me feel like I was home. They were very considerate and helpful. The rooms are immaculate. They are well-maintained comfortable and accessible. The washer and dryer was definitely a plus. Roma courts is very close to restaurants, the mall and cultural sites. I am definitely staying there again and again thank you Grace and Vincent for being so kind.
Everyone at the hotel was FABULOUS! They were kind and helpful! They helped me with everything! The property is beautiful and well maintained. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and decorated lovely. The beds are super comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils. The washer/dryer is a huge plus! The water in the shower gets very hot! Loved it!! The building is walking distance to everything: market, mall, restaurants. The area is safe and quiet. Grace and Vincent are wonderful people! I am definitely staying at Roma Courts again and again! The staff made Nairobi feel like home!
