Was handed the keys on time. A nice looking room. Loved the arrangements. Mr. Karanja the man who handed me the keys gave me a warm welcome. Thank you Comfy homes. I Loved my little vacation over their.

"I am extremely disappointed with the level of mismanagement and disregard for customers' time exhibited by this house booking service. From start to finish, the process was riddled with inefficiencies and delays. The staff's attitude was appalling, showing a complete lack of empathy and professionalism. They consistently failed to meet deadlines and provided inaccurate information, causing unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I would strongly advise against using this service unless you enjoy frustration and disappointment."

All the things i have stated above

the agent was the only guy with the main gate keys if your were out getting back into the premises wasn't easy at all
