Apartamentos Quebra-Mar 3

Amplia casa, moderna y muy cerca de la playa. Terraza muy amplia aunque no tiene vistas al mar. Zona tranquila sin ruidos. Dispone de amplios dormitorios, cocina de gas y nevera con congelador y microondas. El salón es amplio y hay una buena televisión de pantalla plana y con HDMI.

Eran días de calor y no se dispone ni de ventilador ni aire acondicionado. El mobiliario de la cocina es muy justito. No tenía papel higiénico, solo un rollo y éramos 4, tampoco bolsas de basura por lo que tuvimos que usar bolsas nuestras para poder tirarla, y aún así dejamos 2 botellas sin tirar. L casa estaba limpia, sin embargo el suelo, disimulaba muy bien lo sucia que estaba...los pies se quedaban negros. El casero, llegamos por la noche check in sobre las 20:45h tuvimos que esperar ir el unos 10min., sin problemas. Sin embargo al llegar carácter muy serio, no nos da clave de wifi y prácticamente ni nos habla. El día del check out a las 10am de la mañana nos toca la puerta, y su saludo fue "a qué hora van a dejar la casa?"...en fin, casa muy bien, pero la experiencia con el casero no muy agradable.

Clean, comfortable and well equipped apartment. Two minutes to the beach.

Noisy area but to be expected for it's location. The building is not signed at all and it doesn't quite match up with Google maps for location. Needed to contact host and have them meet us by a restaurant in order to find the property

We enjoyed very much our stay. The location was ideal, quiet and close to the beach and amenities. Very comfortable beds. The owner was very helpful. I would recommend this place.

Wifi wasn't available at all times

Great location, easy access. Local shops, restaurants and groceries nearby. Amazing terrace if you were able to use it. Apartment had loads of space and great natural light.

Although was not their fault, there was builders and sky folder’s on the terrace. They kept walking in the “private” terrace to move around whislt they repair the buildings. So there was early noise and a lot of dust everywhere. We had to keep the curtains closed all day and we have never set foot in the terrace. It kind of destroyded the whole purpose of choosing an apartment with a terrace. Door/ windows to the terrace didn’t lock, so we didn’t feel very safe at night. We had no issues but we didn’t really feel very safe for the first few days. But for me the most annoying was cleanness. There was dust on the floor, fluff under the beds, bathroom shower with water marks and with a constant leek in the ceiling that kept the floor always wet (i guess it was part of the house and it was an holf leak, door was already damaged from it). In the kitchen, pans and cutlery still greasy and with finger marks. Kettle had rust inside. Apartment has loads of potential, very spacious and full of light and we still had a good time, just not our standard. With a little more attention, better cleaning and keeping things in good state this could had been a 5 star review.

Big two bedroom apartment. Huge balcony. Exellent kitchen. Close to beach,restaurants and shopping.
