"The place would be great if they have the heating/cooling system serviced."

Underground parking was a plus. Beds were comfortable and lounge area sofa was comfortable. Smart TV with Netflix was great!

The heat system didn’t work well at all and the weather was cold and rainy so we were cold.

We screwed up and could not get back in our room. No problem! Within 30 minutes a charming and helpful woman came with her set of keys— and was kind when we realized we had the old set in our pocket all along.

The March wind howled in the vestibule downstairs where the lockbox was. But that was just the building- not the great apartment!
