El apartamento por dentro está bastante bien. Amplio y comodo. Muy mejorable el aislamiento de las ventanas en ruido y frio

El edificio del apartamento esta en muy malas condiciones, prácticamente da casi miedo, el ascensor o la puerta del garaje se cae a trozos. Penoso el edificio

La vista al mar. El departamento es tal cual las fotos. Precioso, hecho a nuevo, muy buena disposición y decoración. La cochera dentro del edificio muy practica por si llueve

Por decir algo, el edificio por fuera parece antiguo y la entrada algo dificil de encontrar, pero el anfitrión compartio indicaciones y fotos que facilitaron la llegada. Si vas solo y con coche es un poco engorroso buscar la llave antes de poder guardar el coche. De a dos se hace facil
