Matelas trop durs et coussins trop gros

Very good location. Close parking. Very nice host. Hot water in the shower.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor. No elevator. A challenge in access. There is no heating, and it is cold most of the time, especially at night. The kitchen is old and not accessorize.

The flat was clean and big and the person checking is in was very nice, they were accommodating with arrival time.

We didn’t like the fact it was freezing and had no heating. Literally no heating in the flat whatsoever. We came in December and it simply was too cold. We were given extra blankets but the floors were cold and the kids struggled so after an hour we left and checked into a hotel. Easily solved with a few small heaters, I don’t understand why they haven’t bought a few, it’s not even expensive.

The beds were a little firm for us. Personal choice.

the location was good. the secure indoor parking was good.

first, the door handle had only a knob on one side of the door. when we arrived it was on the outside. the door was sticky, so trying to open the door from the inside was very difficult. it seemed very unsafe that one could not get out of the door when needed. the refrigerator was not cold enough even on full cold setting.the water heater didn’t work well. if someone was in the shower, anyone else using water in the flat would cause the shower to go cold. there did not appear to be any hearing in the flat. overnight it was 13 or 14 C. no heat.
