Location is great

The owner does not respond to call, viber, message or e-mail. There is no change sheets or towels, wi-fi signal periodically works, the bathroom stinks, no toalet paper refill, the light on the balcon dosn't work.

the location is really nice. check in and out was smooth the contact person communication was easy and fast early check in was possible also. Internet was fine. very quiet also

very dirty, extremely! when I arrived there was a thin layer of very of thin sand. the floor was the same. pretty sure they hadn’t used vacuum to clean the place in a lot of time. the fridge was extremely dirty. there were leakage stains from who knows when! the drying rack on the balcony was very rusty and ruined several expensive clothes. when complained they switched it for them one of the next apartment however it was also rusty, just less and not that visible! There were toiletries and toilet paper for just couple of days for a stay of 12 nights. We had to buy everything. Overall this was more hostel like type of accommodation priced as expensive hotel.
