"Passable Comfort. Poor Service."

Nice location, great view, comfortable living area. Staff helped us with transfers from Burgas station

Unclean bathroom with a smell, broken cistern panel and flies. As well as no soap, spare towel, spare toilet roll or any TLC touches. Staff agreed checkout at 11am, but arrived at 10:35am and huffed and complained when we asked for 10 more minutes to pack up
