Great location and view. Apartment was clean/modern with a comfortable sofa to relax on at the end of the day. Lift fully work for the duration of our stay.

A tad noisey over the weekend due to close proximity of bars. However this wouldn't prevent us from booking again.

The views

The communal areas ( to enter and exit ) were very dirty. The permanent residents in the block sat outside in the communal areas smoking. The location was very noisy all through the nights. The area felt very unsafe, but ok during the day.

The view is simply amazing, the apartment is huge very clean and in a great location. Bonus also having a parking space

Cleanliness or actually the lack of cleanliness I’m afraid. Bathrooms, toilets and kitchen were in the awful condition. We had to clean it ourselves before use… that made us really uncomfortable while our stay. Shame as the owner invested so much care in terms of bathrooms design, furnitures, floor, kitchen facilities but the cleaning staff definitely didn’t care at all to make the best of it. I would also add some extra coziness to the apartment and definitely the curtains for the bay window!

Location, location, location!!!!! Had a wonderful stay here. Ben the host is attentive and very helpful. The unit is newly renovated with all mod cons and very spacious and comfortable.

Lift wasn't working and it's on the second floor. Hubby is 77 so he hated the steps lol
