Beautiful location and property- a home away from home! The room was gorgeous and super comfy, great facilities. It is a studio so bed is in the same room as kitchen but not a problem for 2 people. Lovely shower too and parking right outside!

The location is a studio attached to the owners bungalow in a residential area. Beautifully quiet with some outdoor space very private. The heat/aircon/dry unit is ideal as are the outdoor taps to wash sand off.

Everything needed for a stay was there. Towels, soap, tea, coffee, sugar, bottled water, milk, salt, pepper, washing up liquid. Plenty of kitchen utensils and pans. Air con. TV.

Nothing to dislike.

Lovely quiet location near Newquay and other things great places in Cornwall. The bed was really comfortable, and it felt very private. Alex, the owner, lives next door, and you have her card to contact her if she isn't it. The kitchen is big enough to cook, there is an oven, electric hob, utensils and plates etc. This was great so you don't have to eat out all the time. There is an outdoor space, with outdoor furniture and a cool gas fire.

A freezer instead of just of a fridge would have been amazing, although there probably isn't space. The outside space has no shelter, so that as an addition would be fab!

An amazing little oasis in a great location, hassle free, all you need for a little escape.

Everything - it was modern and had all the amenities, along with some luxuries. Parking! Location is perfect - everything walkable. Very kind and friendly host, who couldn’t do enough for you.

Nothing - it really exceeded our expectations.
