3 Bedroom Apartment

It was helpful that the host lives in the same building, actually next door. The apartment was as described and as in the pictures. Very comfortable. Parking was available in the basement, a little tight to park but was okay. The host works with a rental car company so ask him if you want to hire a car.

We didn't find anything that disappointed us during our stay.

The apartment was large and clean, and the hospitality of the host was exceptional. We stayed for the whole work week and he checked many times how we were doing and even brought us wine and dinner. We had a feeling that we were their guests, not clients. We can really recommend this place to everyone.

The apartment is a little bit outside the inner centre, not far, but in the heat of August the 20-30 minutes walk to restaurants felt sometimes a bit long. On the other hand, being in a more quiet area is also a positive thing when working during the days and trying to get a good night sleep.

Big comfortable apartment in nice part of Nicosia. The owners are very nice persons. When we come again to Nicosia we definitely will be trying to stay here 🤗
