Great location with an easy short walk into town and everything nearby — gym, supermarket, corner shop, and takeaways. The house was warm, clean, and had everything I needed, with lots of storage and space.

The bedroom doors were a little thin, but overall it was a great base for a working week.

Nothing. It stank of stale smoke and had multiple mold patches, probably blood stains on the wall, dirt and damage throughout, filth on the kettle. A ‘mucous’ stain on the head board of the bed. Hairs from the previous tenant on on the pillows. Dangerous sharp metal pretending from the kitchen work surfaces.

Cold, damp, smelly. Clearly had not been cleaned for a while. We couldn’t stay there. Disgusting. Dangerous for children, my son caught himself on a sharp piece of metal sticking out of the kitchen side board. I can only share four photos here but will find away of posting more online. I only wish I could find a way of photographing the smell. I dare the next tenant to take a black light with them. Who knows what they might find. Genuinely shocked that this property will continue to be listed on booking.com. I doubt I will ever trust this site again

Easy access to the city. House was nice and warm.

It’s located close to the city centre.

It needed a serious refurbishment and deep clean. The obnoxious smelling perfumed plug ins could not disguise the strong smell of cigarette smoke. The entire place was filthy. The sofas were awful and made my back hurt. The tv only played BBC iplayer and was temperamental. We left early, as it was too depressing to stay there. My daughter was incredibly upset and had wanted to leave immediately. I would advise people to avoid it. It was shockingly bad!

Perfect place to stay for my friend and me, and our dogs. Host was polite and easy to contact. Clean and close enough to walk into the city centre. Some outside space and somewhere to park the car.

Be aware that this is a city house - the stairs to the bedrooms are steep and the property is on a very narrow street. Neither of these were deal breakers for us, but good to be aware.

Great location. Ideal for getting in to city & centre. Also getting out & about in Norfolk. Spacious accommodation. Comfortable beds. Welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk & biscuits much appreciated

In desperate need of a deep clean & total refurbishment. The furniture downstairs has seen better days & is ripped in places. The black part of the hob is thick with grease. The bathroom is filthy. Such a shame. We paid £114 per night. I would not return to the property as it is now but happily pay more for the accommodation if it was properly cleaned and refurbished

fridge setting was way too high & froze everything overnight, but once we sussed it it was fine
