Country Style, 2 bedroom house, Parking and superb location

It was a lovely compact and cosy warm house. The location was perfect, just 15 minutes walk from the wonderful city of Norwich and the bus stop for the Sainsbury Centre . The communication from Anna was excellent. The facilities in the kitchen and bathroom were plentiful and in super condition. The street did carry some traffic including occasional buses, but was pleasant and quiet. The reserved parking space round the back was a real bonus.

Just a minor detail about a light and door upstairs which I mentioned to Anna, to which she replied pleasantly.

The house is well equipped and comfortable.

Very comfortable property in an excellent location-10-15 minute walk into the city. We had everything we needed. The owner had left us milk, tea and coffee and a delicious chocolate cake!

Nice terrace house within walking distance of central Norwich. Very good kitchen equipment, lots of pots and pans, salad bowl, baking trays etc…best I’ve seen in all our travels….even an air fryer. Comfortable bed with side tables and lamps. Reasonable water pressure and hot water…shower head a little small but adequate. Washing machine/dryer. 3 minute walk to Tesco’s Express and 10 minutes walk to central Norwich. Dedicated car space. Lounge area with comfortable sofa and bifold doors. Terrace area to sit outside.

Overly cluttered with decoration items but that is just my taste I suspect. Dining area is very small and only really works for 2 people. Small under counter fridge but that’s often the case. Heavily sprung fire doors that slammed shut if you didn’t catch them. We’ve never come across a house that had so many fire doors. Car park is not next to the terrace but is only a 2 minute walk away. We had the very unlucky experience of having a bird poo on our car….not just a few drops but a dinner plate size lot of lots of goo. We cleaned it off with filled water bottles and paper towels but it was pretty awful to clean up without a hose nearby. It happened again the next day. We went out and bought a bed sheet to cover the bonnet and front window which made it easier for cleanup. It didn’t happen again after two days in a row so we must have been just unlucky….but thought we’d we mention it just in case it happens to someone else.

Clean tidy and convenient to relatives. Parking essential for us
