The whole experience was great. This was the best apartment we have been to. Special thanks to the girl on the reception who helped us with everything we needed ☺️

"Bad"

The janitor was very nice and helped us with every request. A great person! Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about the owner of the house: he treats his employee very badly and makes him work way too long. In the end he wanted to have our complete deposit (300 euros) + extra 300 euros for damages that were not verifiable. We had the alleged damages shown to us, but could not find anything. When we then said that we hand over the money only when we have clarified with Booking, he threatened us that we either give the money now or we may not leave Croatia. They blocked the exit of our car and he came with another 6 people. Completely unserious! When we wanted to have at least a proof that we gave him the money, he just sent us a mail with 'Hello' as content. I would not recommend anyone to book this apartment. Even if the janitor is nice and the apartment itself is clean and as described in the pictures, the behavior of the owner is not ok at all. We will also complain about Booking again and try and get the money back.
