"Összességében jó, a legjobb tulajdonsága a lokációja."

Viszonylag jó a szállás elhelyezkedése: a közelében van buszmegálló mindkét irányban (Rijeka, illetve Lovran felé), van szupermarket, továbbá közel van a belváros és a legtöbb strand is (köztük a szerintem legjobb, az Angiolina strand). Pozitívum a medence, bár a víz hőmérséklete az időjárástól függ. (Nem termálvizes a medence.)

Abból a szobából, amelyben én szálltam meg, hiányzott számomra egy mikrohullámú sütő. Airfryer is hasznos lenne, segítené az önellátást. Számomra túl hideg volt a medence vize, így fürödni nem tudtam benne; igaz, hogy az időjárás is sajnos többnyire borús, illetve esős volt az ott-tartózkodásomkor, emiatt a nyáron megszokotthoz képest hidegebb volt a víz.
