Located in a calm area 15min away from the nearest bus stop, but it's upwards walking(keep in mind) The apartment has all amenities, it has sharing pool & gym. Very welcoming & helpful 😊

Nothing specific, just maybe a sign tp show the main entrance of the building, which is the parking entrance as well.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Carmen Residence! The apartment is incredibly spacious, wide, and spotlessly clean, featuring a sleek, modern design that still manages to feel cozy and just like home. It comes with a fully equipped kitchen that has everything you need to cook your own meals, which we loved. However, the absolute highlight is the spectacular, unobstructed sea view—there was nothing better than waking up and having our morning coffee out on the balcony while watching the waves. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, style, and a perfect coastal getaway!
