Everything was perfect.

I really can't express how kind and polite the officials are, some things can't be explained just by writing, the apartment was so beautiful and pleasant and it is located in one of the best locations. It is more beautiful and better than the photo and the staff are first class.

the view is 11/10. so amazing. The master bathroom was just wonderful! That bathtub was divine. They also had soap for the clothes washer and dishwasher! So convenient. The fridge and freezer were spacious. The air conditioning worked great.

the kitchen table was a little small for our family of 5. it was also cheaply made and didnt fit the plush style of the rest of the house. on the last night we got at least 100 mosquito bites. be more prepared than we were. The beach was all concrete. Not really my favorite. I choose this place because of the view but i wonder if i wouldnt have chosen something closer to Pula had i known that the beach is really not nice here. In the end, im glad we stayed here. it is in my top 5 hotels i have ever stayed.

Everything! Best apartment ever! Quiet location, yet close to everything. Very tastfully decorated, convinient, it had all you needed and even more! And the terrace... Hearing the waves, watching the see.. Priceless! And the host gave very clear instractions to everything, check in and out easy. And I could go on and on! Will retrun for sure!

This is a beautiful and spacious apartment overlooking the Adriatic sea. If you want to enjoy a stay at at the seaside, don’t look any further. The apartment is in a great location and within a walking distance from all main attractions and restaurants of Opatija city center. The beds in the apartment are comfortable; the kitchen is fully stocked with every possible utensil and appliance; and the living room is conveniently set up for resting, reading, playing board games, or watching a movie. You definitely need to come here for the view! You will never get tired watching the waves and the sky, the evening lights of the coastal town, or the sunrise in the morning - the view is breath-taking. Thank you to the caring, hospitable hosts - Jana & Marco - who communicated efficiently, provided comprehensive instructions and answered any questions. We will definitely be coming back.

Nothing to improve. Everything is well thought-through and provided with the maximum care. We enjoyed our stay and could not wish for a better place to spend our get-away as a family.

It would be blasphemy to give any rate less than 10. Trust me the investments in this apartment were enormous. Owners thought of every detail and the apartment itself can beat rooms in five-star hotels.
