The apartment is very well equipped. Apartment with its own side terrace and balcony with an amazing view of the sea and marina, which you can see straight from the bed. There is a beautiful palm tree in front of the building, which added a wonderful atmosphere. We also had a beautiful olive tree next to the balcony and lavender. The owner was very nice and helpful. I sincerely recommend this location. Close access to the center and nearby towns and beaches. Possibility to park your car in front of the building without additional fees. We spent a wonderful holiday in Opatija. We highly recommend this location!

A great place to stay for the vacation, very nice and hospitable owner of the apartment, location is very convenient: beach, supermarket and restaurants are about 15-20 min to go by foot.
