Apartments Anita in Villa Esperia

The hostess was super nice. The apartment was squeaky clean. It's in a very good location, close to the sea, not far from the centre and a bus stop is right underneath.

Some of the cupboards in the kitchen and bathroom were smelly inside, I suggest airing them in between guests. The room could do with more sockets, I suggest using multi-socket adapter. If someone from the next room starts smoking on the terrace, you have to close the window immediately if you don't want cigarette stench in your room.

I liked the host Anita :) She helped to check in and answered every question :) The location is amazing, in 5 minutes you just enter the walking 6 km area connecting Opatija and Lovran and there are a lot of beaches :)

The apartment is well equipped, super nice terrace with great sea view. Easy parking in the neighborhood. Walking distance to sea and city.

The apartments are located in the historic villa Esperia. 7-10 minutes walk to the center and all attractions: Slatina city beach, Lungo Mare promenade, Villa Angiolina park, Girl with seagull. Apartments are fully described on the site. The studio is spacious, clean, and has everything you need for a good rest: air conditioning, kitchenette, comfortable large bed, TV. Good Wi-Fi, hot water, hair dryer, fridge. A cozy terrace where it was nice to have breakfast, dinner and just sit in the evening. The place is very quiet. A pleasant, friendly hostess Anita lives nearby, so any issue can be resolved very quickly. I liked it all very much. Great vacation. Location and communication with the host. Parking is available on street and cost 15 euro per day. Don't miss Retro Opatija festival in period 22-24 june.

Location, terrace with the view, managing lady was very friendly.

It was not properly clean, kitchen equipment with stains, floor was sticky, old smell and mold in the bathroom . Shower curtain in 2023?? Boiler is sufficient for 5 minutes hot water . Structure and furniture old. Price/quality is very poor.
