Flat has a lovely view. Location is good for young people, but for older is not recomended as elevation is high and it would be hard to ho thru all those stairs by walking. What I didn't like was limited supplies for cooking and cleaning left by the host in kitchen and bathroom. Also our late arrival was a problem for the host, it was 1 hour later after check-in rules, but according me this shouldn't be a problem esp when you have clients which are traveling and cannot predict arrival.

We really liked our stay in Opatija, the host was nice and the apartment is well equipped and has a good layout of the rooms. Very good value for money. Parking in front of the building.

Parking and driving is tricky around the area and if you want to walk home from the beach/city be prepared for uphill walking.
