ROit was a perfect stay, The appartament is very spacious, very clean, modern, it has all one needs and beyond. The location of the villa is charming in the old town and very close to the sea and the promenade Lungomare. Eating facilities also very close, with good food. I highly recommend it. The host (Sandi) is maybe the kindest and most helpful person in tourist industry I ever encountered.

HRNice and comfortable apartment with the parking space which is great
AUNeat and scrupulously clean. Simple but fresh decor. Sea glimpses. A short walk to numerous restaurants and cafes, and the harbour. Parking was a short distance away (and involved climbing several stairs to get to it) but it was pretty easy to bring the car close to load and unload luggage. The property is in Volosko, a kilometer or so from Opatija ; but had a nicer ´village’ feel - and it was easy and quick to get to Opatija

USThe apartment is pretty spacious.
There is free parking but it is a not-so-short downhill trek on the way there and a not-so-short uphill walk on departure.
SIThe location is in the very heart of the Volosko town, near to a cute caffee and walking path on the coast. The flat was clean and in good condition. We liked self-check in.
We liked the central location, but the parking is not on site. It is like 200m (downhill). If you are travelling with a baby (and stroller) it can be quite unpractical. Also there is a 30€ fee for bringing the dog so we decided not to take her with us.
