A very comfortable space furnished in a charming, midcentury style with an absolutely stunning garden. The kitchen was very functional and the terrace (once we figured out the huge sliding door) was beautiful and useful to dry clothes. Also, having a washer (in the garden shed) was huge bonus. While there was only the one ac unit, it did cool the whole apartment, although the back bedrooms were a bit warmer. Despite being located on a fairly busy road and hearing some minor road sounds, the neighborhood seemed very quiet and the house was really peaceful and we were comfortable.

The space does have only one bathroom, which is clear in the listing. The listing does say there is a water view, which is slightly visible through trees. For the vertical climb to the house, it would've been nice to have more of a view. There may be more of a view higher in the house, but the apartment is on the lowest floor. The wifi was serviceable, but too slow for any distance working. The ping-pong table shown in some photos is no longer in the space.
