Ground-floor apartment appeared to be new. Very clean, well decorated with small, convenient kitchen, spacious bathroom, pleasant terrace, private parking just meters from the front door.

Only inconvenience was the shower without a door / curtain, allowing water to splash about the bathroom floor.
