Firstly you advertised the apartment as Laguna Place 15 Selvey Ave - The name was Laguna La Crete & it is 5 Selvley Ave We did not realise that we booked into such a huge complex the way you advertise it we thought it was a stand alone apartment! You should mention that in your advert that is in a huge complex Also advertised a washing machine there was none just a tumble dryer (but there were communal laundries though) Also advertised a fireplace - no fireplace (not that we needed one) Towels - they were not supplied Private Pool - there was a communal pool You need to take your advert down off booking.com because the lady in charge of the unit Vuyo says she does not use booking.com anymore. Hence the mix up with our booking.
