Location and views were wonderful.

After our reservation was made, there were several scam emails and as a result I had to cancel my credit card and get a new one.

The apartment was fantastic. It is as described and in the picture. The staffs/owners were helpful and kind to us. The facilities and amenities were greatly inclusive, including sauna, swimming pool and variety of kitchen appliances in the room. Only 1 coined washing machine and dryer in the common area. The location is very accessible to both cable cars and city centre by foot. Free parking with multiple spaces. The view from the balcony is superb.

Nothing, overall experience is excellent.

من افضل الاماكن التي تم زيارتها في الشمال الايطالي واشكر الكساندر على حسن التعامل والطاقم كامل في تعاملهم الجميل جداً جداً راضي عن كل شي تم تقديمه من قبلهم قلت لهم اني في شهر العسل وجهزوا لي الغرفه مجانا بدون مقابل

نظافة المكان جدا نظيف و الاهتمام في أدق التفاصيل . اطلالة الغرفه في الدور الثالث تفوق الوصف . كبر حجم الغرفه . تجهيز المطبخ بجميع الاحتياجات

من بعد الساعه 7 لا يوجد رسبشن . الغرفه لايتوفر فيها جهاز هاتف يمكنك التواصل مع ادارة السكن لا يوجد خدمات تقدم للضيف تتمثل في مثلا * مطعم ، كوفي * ففط يمكنك طلب وجبة الريوق . صعوبة الوصول له مشي على الاقدام لانه مرتفع .
