Appartamento Malabranca

The apartment was spacious, clean and everything worked including the air conditioning.and washing machine/dryer. Owner is very professional and accommodating with respect to arrival time.

We wished that better silverware and a few more mugs were provided.

Great place to stay!

There were many things to like about the apartment. The location was fantastic. The apartment is modern, and everything works! Although very cold outside, the heaters provided much-needed warmth. The bed was super comfortable. The place was super quiet up until the last evening...

The place sleeps 4, but it needs to be clearer that the sofa is the bed for 2. The two guests who sleep on the sofa must go through the bedroom to use the bathroom. We had to get a hotel room for the one night that our friends joined us: at 70 years old, it's not the way to share a bathroom! Family members or young people! It just needs to be clearer. The place was quiet up until the last night. Someone checked in upstairs or somewhere and on the morning of the 1st of January, they were up cleaning, moving furniture etc. at 7 a.m. in the morning. We had gone to sleep at 2 a.m. That was frustrating!

Excellent location for access to the old town area, room was large and comfortable. Easy walk to the attractions and some great restaurants. Great little family run pizza shop 3 or 4 doors towards the main square, has the best italian style pizza that we have had in years. Super friendly owners. Very friendly host met us on arrival.

Washing machine did not work, could not find instructions for use. Coffee maker supplied in the room, but not one capsule supplied to get us started.

Thank-you Silvia for welcoming us to your apartment. Everything was perfect for our stay..We liked our position. to bakery and little supermarket for essentials. Apartmentwas comfortable and not lacking. Very close 2mins to Pozza DellaCava. We loved Orvieto our special memories won't be forgotten.

Be cautious when you step out of apartment. Cars whizz by very fast.

Quiet clean apartment in the city center, walking distance to all the attractions. Friendly host, who went out of the way to accomodate us.

It was pricey, but that may have had to do with the timing of our visit.

Apartment was single level, very comfortable, clean, and well equipped. Security gate and trash bins right outside the front door. Arrived by train with two carry on size cases and was able to take the funicolare and catch bus C which dropped me just three minutes from the front door cost 1.30 euros. Going back was just as easy, which I appreciated being a single traveler. Washer/dryer and air conditioner was great to have too. Lots of shops and a market just a few doors up the street. Would definitely recommend for a very pleasant stay in Orvieto.
