Absolutely loved everything!

Clean, large, and comfortable. In great location in beautiful Orvieto. Very communicative and helpful staff. Opened the windows, and the great breeze came at night, so we didn't even need the air conditioning in mid-August night.

Great location, apartament was very big and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the terrace as well, and the artsy looks of the place.

There were a lot of ants around the apartment, we couldn't keep any food and it was not the nicest feel to have ants all over. But overall, we had a good stay

We loved this apartment! (Even the many stairs were not as big of a deal as I thought they would be.) The host was so helpful, and communicative. They kindly allowed us to check in early. Roberta, who checked us in, was efficient and had wonderful suggestions for the area. The apartment itself was incredibly well laid out and felt a lot larger than it was. We had 5 people and we were comfortable in the space. There was an almost silent washing machine for clothes and a line to dry outside. The air conditioning worked perfectly and made the heat tolerable. The space has been nicely renovated and updated. We had enough outlets to plug things in and all of the outlets worked perfectly (out of the 20+ places we've stayed in in Italy, you'd be surprised how rare that is). The beds were comfortable and we had plenty of pillows. There were 3 televisions and AC units (one in each bedroom, and one in the living room). Both bathrooms were large and clean. There were also bug screens in the windows that helped keep bugs out. This was a quiet location despite being very centrally located. The laundromat, if you need it, is directly next-door on street level. There is a grocery store only about a 5 minute walk away. Parking is not far and costs about 12€ per day (there is an elevator or escalators to help you get to the parking lot). We would gladly stay here again!

1. Not the hugest of deals, but the kitchen was missing some basics like scissors and cooking utensils like a spatula to turn pancakes or eggs over so we did have to buy those at the store in Orvieto scalo. 2. The wifi was a bigger issue. The connection was spotty, at best. Most of our electronics never connected at all. Our phone's hotspot was a life saver!

This apartment is an amazing place to stay. It is newly and beautifully decorated. The bathrooms are luxurious and clean and the beds very comfortable. The views of the rooftops and towers are stunning. And it is in easy walking distance of all you want to see.

Spectacular apartment! Everything about it was wonderful - location, comfy beds, the patio area! Loved it all!

There are several flights of stairs to get to apartment but we didn’t mind at all - helped burn off calories from all the wonderful food!

Steps up in to the apartment are plenty!! Lack of any written information on appliences and the area etc.
