Leo Sea View Apartments

Fantastic view towards the sea, very good location, perfect living conditions.

The apartment comes clean and very well equipped, with newly installed high-end kitchen and laundry appliances, air conditioning and two TV's in both the sitting area and bedroom. Kitchen has an espresso machine with milk frother (no grinder), a good quality fridge/refrigerator and an oven-microwave combo as well as induction hob, plates, seasoning, sugar, dishwasher tablets, etc. Big wardrobe to store all of your stuff and a drying rack to hang beach towels etc. in the balcony. Bathroom has everything one might need, from shower, toilet with a bidet attachment, to stackable washer and dryer combo. There's laundry detergent supplied. Towels, slippers, as well as tissues and a hairdryer is also supplied. Apartment is quite spacious, with panoramic west-facing views and a big balcony, perfect for watching sunset but for those who like it a bit darker in the evening or sleep longer in the morning, there are curtains that can make it from day to night in just a few seconds. The neighbourhood is quiet, even though it's just a few hundred meters away from the hustle and bustle of Basanaviciaus street. Once you close the windows, there's virtually no noise from outside apart from a few seagulls or pigeons. Landlord is friendly, helpful and replies in a timely manner. Every detail is thought through in this apartment

The bedroom nook has a sliding door but it's not very well soundproofed if someone wants to take a nap while others are doing their thing/ being noisy in the living room. Aditionally, probably just our luck but during our week long stay, there was no hot water two times - first one, the whole day due to some pipe emergency in the building and a short second time for 1-2 hours.
