Palermo al Massimo

Great location, clean, spacious apartment with great view of Theatro Massimo. Bed comfortable.

Directions for finding the apartment were poor, and even when we were in the piazza it was not easy to find the building. Gianni was very helpful and came outside to take us in. Later when looking at the main entrance door there is no indication that Palermo Massimo is within. The apartment would benefit from more soft chairs in the lounge area and a coffee table to improve the sense of comfort. Information in the apartment regarding use of facilities such as the hob would be helpful.

Das Apartment liegt sehr zentral und ausserdem war es sehr geräumig. Frederico hat bereits bevor wir ankamen Kontakt mit uns aufgenommen und hat uns empfangen. Dadurch wurde der Check in deutlich verkürzt. In ca 7Gehminuten erreicht man einen Shuttlebus um 6 Euro, der zum Flughafen fährt. Die Menschen in Palermo sind sehr freundlich,jedoch ist die Stadt sehr schmutzig und sehr laut, schade drum.

Das Hotel ist aussen nicht angeschrieben dadurch schwer zu finden. Durch die zentrale Lage sehr laut und das Gebäude auch sehr hellhörig. Im ersten Eindruck sehr schönes Apartment aber beim genaueren hinschauen, waren wir schon sehr enttäuscht. Das Duschtuch hatte Flecken, wie auch der Bettdeckenüberzug. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet aber man sollte vor der Benutzung alles durchwaschen weil das Geschirr nicht sauber ist. Im Badezimmer ist das WC schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und der WC Besen komplett verdreckt, der war einfach nur ekelhaft. Es gibt keine TV Satsender und das Angebot bzgl. Netflix ist kostenpflichtig. Ich denke ich würde mir um den Preis das nächste Mal ein anderes Hotel suchen.

This is an amazing place in the center of Palermo with a beautiful view. Despite being in the city center, the windows are soundproof and you can't hear anything from the street, so you can sleep peacefully. The windows are also blacked out, so it's dark even when there are streetlights and activities going on outside.

Everything is perfect in this place.

The location, views and renovations to the apartments all exceeded our expectations. It had all the amenities we needed and was clean and comfortable. Staff went above and beyond to make sure we were accommodated including shipping a lost item to us.

It’s extremely noisy outside, we couldn’t sleep well and the room wasn’t pretty at all, looked like cheap ikea standard

The location of the property is good. The host was very friendly. The view of the apartment is really good.

The balcony doors are very old and don't have any soundproof. The apartment was very noisy you can hear everything that is happening at the street. The bath wasn't very clean and also the towels had really strange smell.
