The owner of the place, Ilenia, is very nice young lady.

Tolle Lage im Herzen von Palermo, Sehenswürdigkeiten war alle fußläufig gut erreichbar. Sehr schönes Appartement auf zwei Ebenen mit zwei kleinen Balkonen, gut geeignet für den ersten Café am Morgen. Die Gastgeberin, war sehr freundlich und überaus hilfsbereit. Danke Ilenia!

Mooie locatie vlak bij oude centrum om Palermo te verkennen. Ontvangst door en communicatie met host prima. Snelle respons op vragen.

Parkeren in het gebied is ingewikkeld door ZTL en beperkte ruimte. Wel op te lossen maar heeft even aandacht nodig.

It's a great location and the apartment's terrace is big and has nice views of the cathedral. The host was great and very accommodating and helpful.

The individual rooms are quite small and the smaller bedroom feels lile a hostel-room, while the living room is more like a jail cell. The bigger bedroom's roof leaks when it rains. The toilet flushing mechanism is on its last leg. The water system(?) is installed in the roof of the living room and makes an awful racket every time someone uses water in the apartment, as well as elsewhere in the house. Still, would recommend for the price and with the caveat that it's not raining when you stay there.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Palermo. Die Lage der Wohnung ist außerordentlich gut. Es sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig zu erreichen. Der Check-in und Check-out ist völlig unproblematisch. Die Verwalterin Ileni ist immer sehr gut erreichbar und antwortet schnell. Ein Flughafentransfer ist möglich und wird von Ileni dankenswerterweise organisiert. Der Weg von der Stadt Palermo beträgt ca. 30 Kilometer zum Flughafen.

Auf den Bildern der Wohnungen sieht man eine Dachterasse. Dorthin gab es von unserer Wohnung keinen Zugang. Das war eigentlich nicht schlimm, unsere Wohnung hatte zwei schöne Balkone. Die Küchenausstattung ist ausreichend, aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

L accueil fait par Iliane a été chaleureux . Tout au long de notre séjour, nous avons eu un service exceptionnel. Grand merci a Iliane pour sa gentillesse et sa grande disponibilité. L'appartement est idéalement situé pour visiter cette grande ville.
