Marcello is the best host ever. He was very helpful, kind and friendly. He recomended places to see as well as restaurants, coffe shops and confectioneries. We also got things to eat for breakfast like fruits, pastries, yogurts and many more. The flat is well equiped and very cozy as well in a very good district of Palermo.

Marcello was one of the best hosts we had, nothing was ever a problem! He let us store our luggage before checking in so we could go explore Sicily, gave us a map and great sightseeing recommendations and helped with dinner reservations. The apartment was spacious, stylish, clean and quiet. The location is very central and convenient. We had everything we could possibly need for our stay with great amenities and Marcello had fully stocked the fridge with yogurts, fruit, juice, milk etc. He even had left a cake for us! We were in a pickle and needed some documents printed which he also helped with. His communication is friendly, quick and easy. I highly recommend a stay here, you won't be disappointed!

Excellent location in an upscale area of the city Close to restaurants, shopping and in walking distance to the historical center of Palermo Fairly uncomplicated to find parking close to the building Stylish, smartly furnished, quiet and impeccably clean Genuinely hospitable owner who welcomed us as if we were friends, gave us tips for visiting the city, recommended places to eat (we went to three of the recommended places and they were indeed excellent), and even reserved a table for us at restaurant nearby since we got into Palermo late in the evening Thank you Marcello - we loved Palermo and we will never forget your generosity

We are so grateful for our experience with Marcello's flat! This was definitely a 11/10 experience! The flat is so conveniently located in the city center close to Garibaldi place, and there's plenty of bus stops, restaurants all around and 24/24 supermarket. It's super safe. The apartment is very well decorated and nicely furnished, quite spacious for the available space, perfectly clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable and everything was provided (extra pillows, covers...). We had such a lovely time in Palermo and grateful for having found such a great place to stay. Last but not least Marcello has been an incredible host! He is very friendly, accommodating and so helpful! The fridge was full, there was food for breakfast, he offered to change our towels at our mid-stay and he provided us with lots of information to find our way around Palermo (and shared great addresses for Sicilian food 😍). Would definitely recommend him and his place to anyone! Thanks again! 😊🙏

The apartment is comfortable and has a lot of character. The location is great - Palermo's swankiest suburb and walking distance to most of the main attractions. And the TV has Chromecast (Marcello, you should highlight this! I loved it.) But, above all, Marcello is a fantastic host. He is very passionate about his city and will give you great advice on how to best enjoy your time there. Grazie mille, Marcello!

The beds upstairs I found a bit tedious if you have to go to the restroom in the middle of the night

First of all we were upgraded for free to the Superior apartment that was absolutely great! The location is very convenient, right in the middle of one of the most vibrant neighboroods in town. The apartment itself it's precious, very well decorated, with high standard furniture and delicious details plus everything you could possibly need for enjoying your experience. If the place was a hidden gem, the real discover was the host! Marcello is such a nice, friendly and generous guy who was very attentive and caring to us since the real first moment we booked the apartment. His personal welcome was a real something, and his tips a proper gift! Speaking of gifts, Marcello made us a cake for breakfast (which was not included) and the apartment was packed with food! What can I say more? Please don't book the apartment, otherwise I will not find it available for my next trip over.
