3 floors stairs but then you get great views so worth the climb

Bien placé, calme , pratique

L’établissement était impeccable, bien équipé, propre et un emplacement dans la vieille ville au Top. Il y a tout à proximité et c’est très calme.

Elena was a very friendly host that answered all of our questions in a timely fashion, it was very easy to communicate with her. At New Year's Eve she offered us a thoughtful gift, a bottle of Sicilian bubbly to meet the New Year, which was very appropriate.

The only issue we had was with the trash, that the City Service did not pick up on regular basis and it was not segregated and recycled, as we are used to doing.

Perfekte Lage um die Altstadt zu erkunden. Super freundliche Gastgeber. Es gab viele Tipps um Palermo zu erkunden , ein sehr reichhaltiges Angebot an Frühstück und Snacks, sowie viele Utensilien zum Kochen. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt .Wir kommen gern wieder. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Es gab garnichts negatives ... Einzig für Menschen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität vielleicht weniger gut geeignet , da das Appartement im 3. Stock liegt, ohne Lift.

Appartment on the 3nd floor, no lift

The space and location are perfect. The host is really helpful!

Perfect place for a group, family or whatever. Clean, cosy and everything is there what can be needed. We were able to leave the luggage on the day of arrival, before check-in, as we had an early flight. I really can recommend this place: near Balaro market and close to the cathedral. The breakfast was on site (Italian one), but it was suffcient for starting the day.

I really cannot find anything that could be pointed out as a weak point. Maybe the fact that a flush in the toilet was working in a bit strange way: sometimes it happened that it was empty and you must press the button and wait untill it will full up to use it. But who cares!? It was a great experience to be there.
