Todo estaba muy limpio y la dueña del apartamento muy atenta.

Es un alojamiento muy bien ubicado y la dueña fue muy amable con nosotros al igual que la chica de la limpieza, para dos personas es perfecto y todo lo importante está a 10 minutos a pie

La terraza y le faltaba el microondas

Es un edificio antiguo, el aire acondicionado soltaba agua y mojaba el sofa cama, pero estaba limpio y bien ubicado.

Singurul plus este locația

Este un apartament mai mult la subsol decât la parter cu un miros puternic miros de mucegai în cameră . Proprietarul este total necooperant , a încercat de mai multe ori să pretindă bani în plus , deși au fost plătite toate taxele de la bun început. Balconul este într-o stare jalnică cu multă mizerie ,deasupra unui cămin de conducte . Deși am anunțat proprietarul ca balconul nu a fost curățat înaintea sosirii noastre , acesta a răspuns ca altcineva este responsabil cu curățenia . Paturile au un miros groaznic , cred ca nu au fost igienizate de ani de zile , noroc cu masina de spălat rufe deoarece in primele 2 zile am spălat atât păturile cât și prosoapele care la fel aveau un miros groaznic .În balcon se scurge apa , probabil de la aparatele de aer condiționat ale vecinilor și pornește o pompă care face foarte mare zgomot, inclusiv noaptea . În concluzie nu recomand .

La limpieza inexsistente y muchísimo ruido

The location could not be better. Right next to the center, but in a quiet location so as to not hear the crazyness of Palermo. The bed was comfy and the owners were nice.

Some parts of the kitchen were dirty, we had some problems with ants (that were taken care of), ACs from upper floors were dripping next to the balcony and splashing right inside, not a nice sit on the terrace, which had absolutely no view. But the worst was that we had no hot water for 7 out of 9 days, even though the owner came to check (we only had hot water the next 12 hrs after). This apartment has no elevator, if you have a stroller or wheelchair this is NOT an apartment you want, there are 3 sets of stairs to go up and down in order to get to this apartment. We learnt that the hard way.

Our stay in Palermo was fantastic due to the great location of the flat. Our hosts were very welcoming and tried to explain as much as they could as they don't speak english. Thank you for allowing us tourists into your lovely flat! Hopefully we will be back again one day.
