Apartament okazał się świetnym wyborem. Był duży, przestronny i bardzo dobrze wyposażony – zawierał wszystko, co potrzebne do komfortowego pobytu. Dużym atutem jest także lokalizacja – w pobliżu znajduje się wszystko co było nam potrzebne, co było bardzo wygodne, a dodatkowo niedaleko była znakomita cukiernia, w której można było skosztować pysznych wypieków. Zdecydowanie polecam ten apartament zarówno na krótsze, jak i dłuższe pobyty. Apartament jest prze piękny!

The hosts are amazing. Unfortunately, my purse was stolen, and they gave me directions to the police department, and amazingly, my purse was returned to another police department, one of the host drove me across town to retrieve it, the only thing missing was my wireless headphones. They also were quick to reply. The apartment itself is well stocked it was the best apartment we stayed at during our stay in Italy. It was stocked up on everything you could think that you would need. They even had extra towels for each guest. They also had a beautiful welcome basket when we checked in. Amazing apartment if you are staying in Palermo, centrally located.

Get's loud at night as it is located in the center and only one floor up from the street, but that isn't the host fault.

Ambra was an exceptional host! She was amazing and prompt with communication. The property was very clean and in an excellent location. We had plenty of space in the apartment and easily navigated the surrounding area

The Appartment has a lot of appliances.

The announce says it has 3 bedrooms, which is not true since there are two bedrooms and a sofabed on the living room. Also, we had a major issue with energy: it was blacking out every 5 or 10 min. We called the tenant, they where there a couple of times and didn't solve the problem. They told us to not use more than one appliance at the time (ex. Air dryer and coffee machine) to avoid new blackouts and that they could do nothing. Even though we did it, the blackouts kept happening (you can imagine how hot was it in the summer of 40°C in Sicily without air conditioning). We contacted booking and they informed me the tenant told them we didn't allowed them to come and check what was the problem, which is not true (I can prove it through our WhatsApp history). In the end they wanted to cancel our reservation with a "no show", for us to paying only the first night and cleaning costs. After a stressful night and lots of calls with booking we managed to cancel it and receive the full refund. They wanted us to accept the "no show" so that I couldn't write them a bad review and that's why we didn't accepted it. Conclusion: we left feeling extremely disappointed and frustrated. We wouldn't recommend this Appartment to anyone.
