the doors of the bedroom cannot open, kitchen has small windows, there appartment needs some more light and air. there can be a french press or something like this to use as a teapot no elevator but the apartment is on the first floor

Stefania was very responsive and helpful . Her husband helped us checked in and it was almost midnight because of our late flight. The location is super central and convenient. It was very comfortable. Directly downstairs has a pizza & food restaurant, was delicious and inexpensive.

It was a great property. Maybe in the mornings, it was a little loud with the street cleaners emptying rubbish etc. but nothing really…

The host met us at the property, quick tour of the apartment plus valuable tips about the city, places to see, places to eat including a city map. Very friendly and trustworthy host. Always offered availability for any queries and kept in touch through WhatsApp during the stay. The apartment is centrally located few steps from the Teatro Massimo with most of the attractions accessible by foot. Historical markets nearby, two rather large supermarkets few minutes walk. Great places to eat or drink alongside the via Maqueda. The apartment is equipped well, including kitchen but we only ate out. A nice touch of coffee machine including coffee pods which we almost finished all. We also tried couple of restaurants few steps from the apartment which offered good quality food at affordable prices. Will definitely visit again in the future. A nice good feel of this particular city where tourists are valued and respected. We visited the Sicily before but never Palermo, we are nicely surprised how people of Palermo are vibrant and friendly. To summarise it - a beautiful city full of history with its own charm and character.

Nothing really, bit quirky layout of the apartment but this is to be expected in historical building, a bonus of two small balconies.

We liked everything about it. Comfortable, very clean, great location, well-equipped. Hosts are so nice.

The only thing that wasn't perfect was the toilet. Hopefully it is working better soon.
