Das pub gegenüber spielt am wochende sehr lange und laute Musik. Uns hat es nur an am Samstag genervt, die anderen Tage ok. Lage und Wohnung kompensieren. Ohrenstöpsel einfach mitnehmen

This is a really comfortable location if you discard the very noisy bar just in front of the apartment windows. The street is full of various restaurants, cafes, bakeries that work different hours. Also you can get to the main tourist attractions and the old city in a 10-15 minutes walk. The bus stop to take you to Mondello beach is just around the corner. The flat is nice, but we will not consider using kitchinette for family cooking. The air conditioning worked well and cooled down the apartment. The host agreed to let us check in 1 hour earlier than the set check in time – the option we didn't use because our bus was delayed and we arrived after 17 pm.

Our main concern was the bar located just across the street (10 m from the building) that stayed open till 3-4 AM and played music very loud making it impossible to sleep even with closed windows. You can find noise level screenshots attached. So if you are not staying up until dawn you may not find this apartment suitable. We needed to write a couple of times about check-in information and we got it after official check-in time. The host requested to separate the garbage(in Italy there are 5 categories of garbage), but left only 1 garbage bag, despite the fact we stayed in the apartment for 8 nights. So we had to buy bags, which was not a problem, but we didn't like the approach. In the bathroom we had a leaky water boiler and after each shower we needed to put a cup under it to collect water, otherwise we would have a flood. The shower cabin was also not comfortable because of the cabin design that let water pour out. Also the bathroom lacked any shelves or hooks to place towels or any toiletries. Check out time on booking and the welcome host message was set at 10.30 am, but the night before leaving we were asked to leave by at the latest 10 am.

The street noise , need noise reduction headphones or strong earplugs if you want to sleep. It’s fun to see and hear all the action on the street but when it comes to sleeping it’s very difficult.

Lovely apartment in a very central location with windows opening onto a small balcony over the main street. The bedroom was big with a sitting area, but there was also a separate room with a small dining table and a small kitchen that had everything needed for my stay. Very well located for sightseeing, and in particular for restaurants, cafes & bars.

Carrying cases upstairs is always annoying but it's very typical in Italy, so something to be prepared for. The street could be a bit noisy at night, particularly at the weekend. And, a small suggestion, I think that the apartment would benefit from some new pillows

Accommodation was very easy. Our flight was very early in the morning and hosts allowed us to enter the flat before due time which was very kind. Other way we would wait few hours with baggage and being tired and asleep. The flat is spatious and clean, very nice arranged. There were sweets, coffee, tea and biscuits waiting for us- a warm welcome. Location is perfect if you want to see old town, Palermo Central is 15 minutes away walking. One important thing: bring earplugs with you. Lots of noise from the street, people are partying till late night. But this was only one minor drawback, 10/10 from us.

Excellent location in Palermo, with an apartment that’s spacious and beautifully designed. It features a well-equipped kitchen, a cozy breakfast area, and a lovely balcony – truly a perfect setup. The central location couldn’t be better, putting you right in the heart of everything. However, the street noise at night can be a bit disruptive. The host was exceptionally friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable overall.

Size of the property and all the facilities were great, as well as the decoration of the room. Communication with the host was fast and efficient, yet friendly at the same time. Location is also very convenient: close to all the touristic attractions, buses etc.

We stayed for 4 nights and haven't had a good sleep even once. The street was super loud in the evening, at night and in the morning. We could hear absolutely all the sounds even when the windows are closed. Air conditioner was also very loud. Pillows were old and uncomfortable, definitely require a replacement.
